It's quite sometime tak update...sibuk skit cari bhn mentah dan packaging for my booth in Menara Hap Seng...
Meanwhile above cake was ordered by Nurul (Semenyih)..This lady requested the indulgence to be sandwich with some bananas..she said more alike chocolate banana..I said Im not too sure how does the taste..well, since org dah request..there u go..hope its nice..(I think mmg sedap ..coz bila I colek skit balance pisang dgn balance cream...its yummy!! New discovery!!!)
All the cuppies are for her frenz married... thanks to her and frenz.

Its time for recipe sharing...Pasta time!

Salam...today I feel like sharing my family favorite recipe for Italian serving. Its spagetti..anyway, saya suka guna pasta vercimilli or angel hair instead of spagetti. Spagetti tu besar sgt dan cepat kenyang. Ini untuk mkn sekeluarga saya 4/5 org sekali makan. Cubalah resepi ini, hidangan sihat - Spagetti Bolognese Cherryblues.
Bahan
1/2 packet Pasta vercimilli or angel hair
3 ulas Bawang putih (cincang dadu)
1 ulas bwg sedang (cincang dadu)
5 keping daging burger (always yg sedap Ramly laa...hancurkan)
1 tin tomato paste (kecil saje S&W or Hunt's)
1/2 tin slice mushroom
1 biji tomato (cincang dadu)
English herbs - oregano, bay leave, parsley, thyme and basil (agak2 jer)
sedikit carrot (cincang dadu)
minyak jagung/ olive oil utk menumis
Air
Cara
1) Jerang air hingga mendidih. Masukkan pasta + garam + sedikit minyak. Apabila dah kembang , angkat dan toskan.
2) Tumis bawang putih dan merah hingga kuning. Masukkan daging hancur tadi bersama english herbs - sampai naik minyak.
3) Masukkan mushroom, tomato, carrot - gaul rata. Masukkan tomato paste dan air mengikut kepekatan yang diingini. Adjust la garam..dah siap!
So blehlah hidangkan kepada keluarga tercinta. Senang jer resepi ni.
